  8. Language Proficiency Certificate:
    • For Chinese-taught programs, an HSK Level 4 or higher certificate is required.
    • For English-taught programs, an IELTS score of 6.0 or TOEFL score of 90 or higher is needed unless the applicant’s first language is English. Other official English proficiency certificates may be accepted.
  9. No Criminal Record Certificate: Issued within six months by the relevant authority in the applicant’s country.
  10. Passport-Sized Photograph: One recent photo (3cm x 4cm) with a white background.
