Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a non-Chinese citizen, under 45 years old, in good physical and mental health.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and have at least three years of work experience.
- Belong to one of the following categories:
- Public officials at division level or higher in government departments.
- Senior management staff in institutions and enterprises.
- Administrative staff in universities or research institutions.
- Candidates with relevant experience in international organizations.
- Obtain a pre-admission letter from Beihang University.
