Eligibility Criteria Requirements

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

1# Enrollment Requirements:

    • Be enrolled in a Creative Industries program within the School of Humanities, Creative Industries, and Social Sciences.
    • Study either full-time or part-time.

2# Indigenous Identity and Heritage: Establish your Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity and heritage with the University of Newcastle.

3# Academic Progress: Demonstrate a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.0 or higher and maintain it throughout the scholarship duration.

4# Course Enrollment: Be enrolled (or willing to enroll) in specific courses such as MUSI3442 Engaging in the Music Industry or CIND3003 Creative Industries Professional Project among others.

5# Scholarship Exclusivity: Not be the recipient of another University of Newcastle donor-funded or sponsored scholarship concurrently.
