All non-Chinese applicants of age between 18 to 35 for Undergraduate scholarships and applicants of age between 18-45 for MS scholarships are eligible. Meanwhile, the scholarship duration for the BS program is 4 years, and 1 year for the MS program. However, interested applicants can submit TOEFL scores as IELTS alternatives to meet the eligibility requirements.

3- Australia Awards Scholarships: Stipend AUD$30000/month

Students from developing and Indo-pacific countries can now finance their BS, MS, & postgraduate degree via the fully-covered Australia Award Scholarships. It is a joint venture of the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade of Australia to facilitate financially unstable international students.

Via this fully-funded Australian scholarship in 2023, students can study for free at TAFE and other Australian universities & enjoy academic coverage throughout their educational journey. Moreover, IELTS scores are not obligatory here, as applicants can opt for the TOEFL iBT & PTE scores. Secondly, winners of this scholarship are bound to leave Australia for two years after completing their education to abide by the eligibility requirements.

4- Merit Scholarships by the Quebec Government: Stipend CAD$9k/3 Years

The government of Quebec has also stepped forward to provide affordable education to eligible overseas applicants. That’s why the Quebec Government has announced Merit scholarships for the applicants enrolled in the Development, Technical, and Postgrad studies at Quebec Universities. Winners of this scholarship will get a high amount as a reward to cover their educational and personal expenses. Meanwhile, IELTS scores are not obligatory, as language certificates or TOEFL iBT scores are sufficient to meet the language proficiency requirements. However, this scholarship is open to Asians and French nationals only.

5- Global Korea Scholarships: Stipend KW 900,000/Month

The government of Korea has announced fully-funded Global Korea Scholarships for potential international students. Those who want to get funds for their Bachelor’s and Associate degrees can apply for these scholarships without IELTS scores and receive free Korean language training for one-year under GKS. Similarly, the scholarship duration for the BS program is 4 to 6 years. However, the Associate degree scholarship has a validity of up to 2 to 3 years.
