International Partnership Scholarship 2025 at University of Otago

The University of Otago | Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka is delighted to announce the International Partnership Scholarship for international students wishing to pursue their undergraduate studies in New Zealand. This scholarship is designed to celebrate and welcome international students as valued members of the University community. The scholarship provides a substantial financial benefit to students coming to study through one of the University’s articulation partner agreements.

Scholarship Benefits

The International Partnership Scholarship offers a generous amount of $10,000, which is applied as a tuition fee credit. For students commencing their studies in Semester 1 (February 2025), the full scholarship amount will be credited towards their tuition fees.

Those starting in Semester 2 (July 2025) will receive half the scholarship funds ($5,000) in their first semester, with the remaining half being applied in Semester 1 of the following year. This scholarship provides a significant reduction in the financial burden associated with international study.

Application Process
