Eligibility Criteria
International Students:
- Must possess a non-R.O.C. nationality.
- Meet the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan (Ministry of Education).
Overseas Chinese Students (Including Hong Kong and Macao):
- Must be of Chinese descent, born, and lived overseas, or have lived overseas for six consecutive years (eight years for Medicine/Dentistry applicants).
- Meet the Regulations Regarding Study and Counseling Assistance for Overseas Chinese Students in Taiwan (M.O.E.).
- Individuals from Hong Kong or Macao must have a permanent residence certificate and meet MOE regulations.
Mainland China Students:
- Must apply through the University Entrance Committee for Mainland Chinese Students
Programs Available
- Undergraduate Program: Requires a senior high school diploma from an overseas or foreign school in Taiwan, recognized by M.O.E.
- School of Post-Baccalaureate Medicine: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a university recognized by M.O.E. and verified by the R.O.C. representative office.
- Master’s Program: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, recognized and verified by M.O.E.
- Ph.D. Program: Requires a Master’s degree or higher, recognized and verified by M.O.E.
