Who Can Apply?

You are eligible for Polish NAWA winter 2026 scholarship if you:

  • Hold citizenship of one of the listed eligible countries listed below
  • Are either in the final semester of your bachelor’s (first-cycle) studies or have graduated in or after 2023
  • Have not previously obtained a Master’s degree or received the Banach/NAWA scholarship
  • Are proficient in English (B2) or Polish (A2 or B2 depending on the path)

You may choose one of the following academic tracks:

1# Polish-language Path

    • Option A: One-year NAWA preparatory course + second-cycle studies in Polish
    • Option B: Direct entry into second-cycle studies in Polish (no prep course)

2# English-language Path

    • Direct second-cycle studies in English + cultural and language enrichment course

Applicants choose their study path and field at the time of application. Final university admission is handled separately by the student and not by NAWA.

Application Deadlines

The last date to apply for the Poland NAWA Banach Scholarship 2026 is June 27, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (Warsaw local time). However, please note that the application portal will close earlier for a given country group if 300 valid applications are submitted before the deadline—so it is highly recommended to apply as soon as possible. The final results of the selection process will be announced by September 30, 2025.
