The Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility Project has officially opened applications for its 2025 EU-funded Fellowship Programme, inviting individuals passionate about making a difference in the fields of environment and climate change. This fellowship program offers two pathways: Community Engagement Fellowships and Civic Digital Fellowships, with tailored support and €5,000 funding to implement impactful projects.
EaP Fellowship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to citizens from Eastern Partnership countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. Key criteria include:
- Age: Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Language: Proficiency in English (B1 or higher) is required.
- Experience:
- Community Engagement Fellows: Involvement in civil society organizations, trade unions, or community engagement groups.
- Civic Digital Fellows: Expertise in IT fields like software engineering or data science, with experience in civic technology.
- Project Focus: Applicants must propose projects that address community needs, such as advocacy, policymaking, or civic tech innovations.
- Proof of Eligibility: A recommendation letter from a relevant organization or professional and proof of English proficiency.
When to Apply?
- Deadline for Concept Notes: 30 December 2024. Early submissions are encouraged as evaluations are on a rolling basis.
- Deadline for Full Applications: 7 February 2025 (for shortlisted applicants).
