Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years of age.
• Have a GPA over 3.4/4 or 4.2/5, or an average score above 80/100 from undergraduate studies.
• Non-native English speakers must provide an IELTS or TOEFL certificate.

1. Photocopy of a valid passport (including name, passport number, expiration date, and photo).
2. Passport-sized photo.
3. Notarized highest diploma (or proof of current student status for graduates-to-be).
4. Academic transcripts with notarized translations (if not in English or Chinese).
5. Study plan or research proposal (at least 500 words in English or Chinese).
6. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
7. Proof of English proficiency (IELTS or TOEFL for non-native English speakers).
8. Copy of visa (for students currently in China).
9. Physical examination form (issued within six months).
10. No criminal record certificate (issued within six months).
11. Acceptance letter from a supervisor (if available).
12. Recent full-body photo (taken within three months) and a 10-second full-body video.
13. Proof of artistic or sports talents (if applicable, including performance videos).
