PAEC Universidad Europea Scholarship Fall 2024 for International Students
The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Universidad Europea have launched a scholarship program for 2024 batch under the Partnerships for Education and Training Program (PAEC). This initiative aims to support outstanding professionals from the Americas in pursuing postgraduate studies. About the Scholarship
The PAEC Universidad Europea – OEA scholarship is designed to promote regional integration by providing financial support to students from OAS member states, excluding Spain, to continue their education in various fields through online master’s programs offered by Universidad Europea. The scholarship covers 50% of the total tuition cost for selected programs.

Eligible Programs

Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality/Residency: Applicants must be nationals or permanent residents of OAS member states, excluding Spain.
- Admission: Candidates must have a final admission letter from Universidad Europea confirming that they meet the program requirements and have paid the enrollment fee.
- Previous Scholarships: Applicants should not have received any other OAS scholarships at the same level of study as this call.
- Ineligibility: Staff members of the OAS General Secretariat, people under contract with the OAS, personnel from Permanent Missions to the OAS, and their family members are not eligible.
