About the Global Citizen Scholarship
The MPOWER Global Citizen Scholarship is specifically designed to support the diverse and broad experiences of international and DACA students. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the MPOWER Global Citizen Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Enrollment Status: Be accepted at, or enrolled in, a full-time degree program at a U.S. or Canadian school that MPOWER supports.
- Legal Study Status: Be an international student allowed to legally study in the U.S. or Canada. This includes:

- Hold a valid visa that permits study in the U.S.
- Be protected under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program
- Be a U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder)
For Study in Canada:
