Duke-Margolis Summer Experience Internship 2025

The Duke-Margolis Summer Experience Internship 2025 is here, offering students a chance to immerse themselves in impactful health policy projects. Hosted by the Duke-Margolis Institute for Health Policy, this 10-week, paid internship provides a unique platform for undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. students to gain invaluable experience while contributing to innovative health care solutions.

Duke Interns Program Overview

The Duke-Margolis Institute is dedicated to improving health equity and the value of health care through evidence-based policy solutions. The Margolis Summer Experience invites approximately 20 students to work closely with mentors in Durham, NC, or Washington, DC, tackling real-world challenges in health policy through research and analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to undergraduate, graduate, professional, Ph.D. students, and recent graduates (within three months).
  • Available to students from Duke and other institutions.
  • International students must currently be enrolled in a U.S.-based institution and have valid visa documentation.
  • All applicants must reside physically in Durham, NC, or Washington, DC, during the internship.
