  • Master’s degree: A grant of €13,100 per year for both years of the program.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be a first-time applicant to Sciences Po.
  • Be a citizen of a non-European Union state.
  • Not file taxes within the European Union.
  • Be admitted to an eligible Bachelor’s or Master’s program (see the full list of eligible programs on the Sciences Po website).

Important Note: Swiss, Norwegian, and Quebec (for Master’s) applicants are not eligible. Dual citizens with an EU citizenship are also not eligible.
