What is the Émile Boutmy Scholarship?

What’s in it for you?
The scholarship offers significant financial aid to help cover tuition fees:
- Bachelor’s degree: Grants ranging from €6,500 to €14,720 per year for all three years of study.
- Master’s degree: A grant of €13,100 per year for both years of the program.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a first-time applicant to Sciences Po.
- Be a citizen of a non-European Union state.
- Not file taxes within the European Union.
- Be admitted to an eligible Bachelor’s or Master’s program (see the full list of eligible programs on the Sciences Po website).
Important Note: Swiss, Norwegian, and Quebec (for Master’s) applicants are not eligible. Dual citizens with an EU citizenship are also not eligible.

- Apply to your chosen program: Complete the standard Sciences Po application for your Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
