Fellowship Overview
- Position Title: Emmett/Frankel Fellow in Environmental Law and Policy

Eligibility Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- A J.D., Ph.D., or other terminal degree (e.g., J.D./M.A. or J.D./M.S.) in environmental studies, law, or social sciences.
- Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Chinese climate policy, green development, and/or US-China geopolitical competition.
- Proficiency in Chinese language (oral and written) and prior experience working on Chinese law and policy is highly preferred.
