Eligibility & Requirements by Program Level
For Bachelor’s Degree Applicants

- Never previously received a degree at this level
- Valid identity document or refugee certificate
- High school completion certificate with transcript (minimum average grade: “Good”)
- Motivational essay (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- One recommendation letter from your school or employer
- Medical certificate (general fitness & HIV/AIDS test)
- Application form (Download from the portal)
- Optional: Letter of Invitation from a Kazakh university.
For Master’s Degree Applicants

- First-time applicant at Master’s level
- Bachelor’s degree with GPA ≥ 3.0 / 4.0
- Motivational essay (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- Two recommendation letters
- Valid identity document
- Notarized academic transcript with translation (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- Health certificates (general & HIV/AIDS)
- Language proficiency certificate (unless previous studies were in the same language)

- TOEFL iBT: 46+
- TOEFL PBT: 453+
- German (DSH/TestDaF): B2
- French (DELF/DALF/TCF/TFI): B2 or 50+ pts
- Chinese (HSK): Level 4
