- Nationality & Health: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.
- Educational Qualifications & Age Requirements:
- Master’s applicants: Must hold a bachelor’s degree and be born after March 31, 1990.
- Doctoral applicants: Must hold a master’s degree and be born after March 31, 1985.
