About the Internship
Join a legendary adventure with Wizards of the Coast, the powerhouse behind Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons®. Over 11 immersive weeks from June 9 to August 22, 2025, selected interns will work at Wizards’ headquarters in Renton, Washington, gaining hands-on experience building innovative student engagement strategies in the world of tabletop gaming.
This is a paid internship opportunity — earn between $31 to $35 per hour while working with dragons, data, and dynamic teams!
What You’ll Be Working On?
You’ll help shape how Magic: The Gathering thrives on university campuses by:
1# Conducting Market Research & Analysis:

- Identify trends in student gaming habits.
- Study TCG programs and campus club structures.
- Discover best practices for student organization engagement.
2# Developing Engagement Strategies:

- Suggest creative play initiatives and partnership opportunities.
- Deliver recommendations to boost Magic’s visibility in higher ed spaces.
3# Supporting Pilot Programs:

- Help identify university partners.
- Assist in launching pilot Magic events and organizing impactful campus activations.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, you must:
- Be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program (majoring in marketing, business, entrepreneurship, or a related field).
- Have at least one semester or quarter left after August 2025.
- Be available full-time for the internship duration (11 weeks).
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
