Moroccan Government Scholarships 2025 Open for International Students from Multiple Countries

In a major boost for global academic mobility, the Government of Morocco has officially opened applications for the 2025–2026 Moroccan Government Scholarships, offering hundreds of fully funded opportunities for undergraduate, graduate, and vocational training studies. Students from Pakistan, Zambia, Liberia, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, and other partner nations are now eligible to apply for a range of scholarships to study at public universities and training institutes across Morocco.

Morocco Scholarship Funding Package Offering

All awardees will enjoy generous support from the Moroccan Government, including:

  • Monthly Stipend: 1,750 Moroccan Dirhams (~USD 175)
  • Airfare: One-way ticket upon arrival + return ticket after graduation
  • Tuition Fees: Fully covered by the host government
  • Accommodation: Provided through university partnerships
  • Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for medical needs
  • Language Training: One-year French language course in Rabat for non-French speakers

Who Can Apply?

While eligibility requirements vary slightly by country, here are some general conditions:

  • Must be a citizen of the nominating country (e.g., Pakistan, Zambia, Liberia, etc.)
  • Age limits:
    1. 19–23 years (Bachelor’s)
    2. ≤35 years (Master’s)
    3. ≤45 years (PhD)
  • Hold relevant academic credentials (e.g., high school diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s)
  • Medical and police clearance certificates required
  • Willingness to study in French (language training included).
