Programme Details
The graduate programme includes four rotations:
- Commercial Finance: You’ll work on route profitability reports, market and competitor analysis, and help identify new route opportunities.
- Scheduling: In this role, you’ll optimise Ryanair’s fleet schedule and manage slot portfolios at various airports.
- Yield: Achieve target load factors across routes, conduct market reviews, and develop pricing strategies.
- Route Development: Manage commercial relationships with airports and explore new market opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Ryanair Commercial Graduate Programme, you must:
