Unibo Scholarships 2025 at University of Bologna Inviting Online Applications

The University of Bologna, one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious universities, is now offering 30 scholarships to international students for the academic year 2025/26. The International Talents @Unibo scholarship is designed to attract and support deserving students who aspire to enroll in second-cycle degree programs at the university.


Benefits of the Scholarship

  • Generous Financial Support: Scholarship amount of €6,500 gross per year and full exemption from tuition fees for 02 academic years.
  • Merit-Based Renewal: Scholarships and tuition exemptions are valid for two years, contingent on maintaining merit-based performance.
  • Global Accessibility: Students from any non-Italian education system can apply, provided they meet the requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualification: Applicants must have obtained (or be in the process of obtaining) a qualification from a non-Italian education system that is valid for admission to the second-cycle programs.
  2. GRE Test Scores: Candidates must take the GRE test (Graduate Record Examinations), an aptitude test recognized globally. And the test results must be sent to the University of Bologna using code 7850 before the application deadline.
  3. Financial Status: Applicants must demonstrate an ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) between €16,000 and €35,000, or provide equivalent documentation if their family income is earned outside Italy.
  4. Age Limit: Applicants must be under 30 years old by the application closing date.
