A major academic funding opportunity has officially opened for high-achieving international students planning to pursue a Master’s degree in Europe for the 2026–2027 academic year. The John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation has announced its postgraduate scholarship program, offering substantial financial support to outstanding students in engineering and computer science–related fields who are preparing for the next academic intake.

This is a merit-based Master’s scholarship opportunity aimed at final-year undergraduate students and university graduates with strong academic records. The program supports students enrolling in full-time Master’s degrees beginning in the 2026–2027 academic year at universities in Greece, other European countries, and the United Kingdom, making it an attractive option for internationally mobile applicants.

What Makes This Scholarship Stand Out?

For the 2026–2027 cycle, up to 10 scholarships will be awarded for postgraduate studies at the Master’s level in the broad field of Engineering and Computer Sciences. Eligible academic areas include artificial intelligence, data science, robotics, machine learning, cybersecurity, quantum computing, bioinformatics, and other advanced technology-driven disciplines.

The scholarship provides generous financial support based on the duration of the study program and the country of study. For programs in Greece, funding ranges from €9,000 to €24,000, while studies in other European countries may receive between €16,875 and €45,000. Supported programs can last from 9 to 24 months, allowing students to pursue both standard and extended Master’s degrees with financial security.

Applicants must be planning to begin their postgraduate studies in the 2026–2027 academic year and should select a university and program that clearly aligns with engineering or computer science disciplines.
