Backed by Mercedes-Benz and delivered by The DO School, this fellowship is built for young people who want to solve environmental problems—not just talk about them.
What This Fellowship Gives You to Build Real Impact?
This is not a short course or a symbolic title. It’s a multi-year, hands-on fellowship designed to take your environmental idea from concept to execution.
- Award-winning innovation and sustainability training through structured online modules
- A 12-month intensive phase with a flexible commitment of around 24 hours per month
- Access to venture coaches, 1:1 mentoring, and expert guidance
- Community-based Local Hub gatherings and a Regional Summit experience
- Entry into a long-term global community of environmental leaders
- Eligibility for project development scholarships of up to €20,000 after the first year
Who Can Step Into This Fellowship?
The program is built for motivated young people who care deeply about the planet and are ready to lead change.
- Applicants must be 16–28 years old
- Must live in (and continue residing in) one of the participating countries
- Strong spoken and written English skills are required
- No prior entrepreneurial experience is needed—passion and commitment matter more
- A clear interest in addressing a real environmental or sustainability challenge
How the Application Works?
The application is designed to understand your potential, not just your background, and takes about 30–40 minutes to complete.
- Written section: your background, environmental idea, learning needs, self-assessment, and ID document
- Video interview: a recorded response (up to 3 minutes) explaining the environmental challenge you want to tackle
- Optional financial support section: for applicants requesting assistance, including a reference and income declaration
