£25,000 Scholarships at UAL Open for 2025/26 Intake

If you’re dreaming of pursuing a world-class postgraduate education in the heart of London, the University of the Arts London (UAL) has just opened the doors of opportunity for you. The new UAL International Postgraduate £25,000 Scholarship is now accepting applications for the 2025/26 academic year — and yes, it’s big news for international students from selected countries!


What’s on Offer?

The UAL International Postgraduate £25,000 Scholarship is a means-tested tuition fee waiver, providing up to £25,000 for a full-time or part-time taught master’s degree at one of UAL’s renowned Colleges or Institutes.

Up to 5 scholarships will be awarded for 2025/26, exclusively to applicants from selected countries.


Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for this golden opportunity, you must:

  • Hold an offer for a Grad Dip, M ARCH, MA, MFA, MBA, MRes, or MSc program at any of UAL’s Colleges (UAL Online courses are not eligible).
  • Be domiciled in one of the following countries:
    Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Thailand, Turkey, or South Africa
  • Have an annual household income of £55,000 or less (or its equivalent in your local currency).
  • Submit a compelling personal statement answering four key questions related to your goals, financial needs, societal impact, and funding sources.
  • Include supporting documents, such as proof of address and income verification.

How to Apply?

After you receive an offer from UAL, log in to your UAL Applicant Portal (https://www.arts.ac.uk/study-at-ual/fees-and-funding/scholarships-search/ual-international-postgraduate-25000-scholarships) and go to the ‘My finance and funding’ section. From mid-January 2025, eligible scholarship applications will be visible there.

Application Deadline: Sunday, 22 June 2025 (11:59pm UK Time).
Result Notification by: 31 July 2025.


Important Notes

  • The scholarship covers tuition fees only. Students are responsible for accommodation, living expenses, and course materials.
  • If your course is part-time or spread over multiple years, unused funds will be applied to your second year’s fees.
  • You can apply for multiple UAL scholarships, but only one can be accepted if you are selected for more than one.
