Application Process & Timeline

- Application Deadline: Complete your application by May 31, 2025
- On-Demand Interview: After applying, candidates will receive an email with a HireVue video interview link
- Selection Notification: Shortlisted applicants will be notified by June 4, 2025
- Award Confirmation: Selected scholars must confirm their participation by June 8, 2025
- Virtual Orientation: Confirmed scholars will attend a virtual session on July 9, 2025
- In-Person Program: Mandatory 4-day program will be held from July 29 to August 1, 2025 in Houston, Texas
- Scholarship Disbursement: $5,000 scholarship awarded after attending the in-person session
- Ongoing Mentorship: Monthly calls from September 2025 to May 2026.
