Malta Air Graduate Program 2025 Applications Now Open
The Malta Air Graduate Programme 2025 is now open for applications, offering a unique opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers within the dynamic world of aviation. As part of the Ryanair Group, Europe’s largest airline, the Malta Air programme promises unparalleled experience in the aviation industry, focusing on both the Finance and Safety & Compliance tracks.
Programme Highlights
Malta Air’s Graduate Programme is a 2-year journey, beginning with an initial 6-month training phase at the Ryanair HQ in Dublin, followed by 1.5 years at the Malta Air office in Pietà. Graduates in this programme will gain direct mentorship from senior leaders, in-depth rotations across departments, and even network trips around Europe to experience Ryanair’s operations firsthand.
Available Rotations:
- Safety & Compliance: Includes hands-on training in Flight Ops Safety, Engineering Safety, Security, and Compliance.
- Finance: Involves rotations in Management Accounts, Insurance, Transfer Pricing and Leasing, and Financial Reporting.
Participants interested in the Finance track may also pursue professional ACA or ACCA qualifications with support from Malta Air, an invaluable step for those pursuing careers in finance.
Application Requirements
Applicants should be on track to achieve or have already secured a 2.1 or higher in a relevant degree program. Ryanair values cultural fit just as much as academic excellence, so candidates with strong outside interests, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for aviation are encouraged to apply.

- Graduated no earlier than 2023.
- Unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and the ability to travel freely.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Benefits for Graduates
Participants will enjoy competitive benefits including:
- Competitive Salary (increasing in Year 2).
- Travel Perks: Unlimited, discounted travel to over 250 destinations.
- Retirement & Insurance: Matched pension contributions and a death-in-service benefit.
- Generous Leave: Starting at 20 days, with opportunities to increase leave based on years of service.
- Career Growth: Unmatched opportunities for career progression within Europe’s largest airline group.
