Who Is Eligible?

- Maintain a cumulative GPA (cGPA) of 3.70 or above or be in the top 3% of your class. Alternatively, meet your institution’s standards for first-class honors.
- Have a valid TOEFL score of 90 or above, or an IELTS overall band score of 6.5 (with no individual components below 6.0). Test results must be submitted by January 15, 2025.
- Have no extensive overseas study experience.
