Phase 1: Liaoning University Application

1. 1. Visit Liaoning University’s Institute of International Education website (https://ie.lnu.edu.cn/info/13192/1957.htm) for detailed requirements.
   2. Register on Liaoning University’s system (https://lnu.17gz.org/member/login.do).
   3. Submit all required documents, including transcripts, recommendation letters, and a study plan.
   4. Wait for Liaoning University’s feedback and attend an interview if shortlisted.

Phase 2: Chinese Government Scholarship System

1. 1. After receiving a recommendation from Liaoning University, log in to the CSC Application System (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/?S8cMF5lUCwGD=1734509429382#/login).
   2. Select “Type B” and enter Liaoning University’s agency number: 10140.
   3. Complete the application and upload necessary materials.
   4. After submitting both these applications; Liaoning university will send nominations to China scholarship council for final selection of candidates and the successful ones will be informed via email.
