1# United Kingdom

  • Skilled Worker Visa If you’re applying for jobs in sectors like education, healthcare, or social services, you’ll now need to provide a criminal record certificate. This ensures safety and compliance in sensitive roles.
  • Seasonal Worker Visa For seasonal workers, the UK now requires proof of sufficient funds to support yourself during your stay. A clean criminal record is also a must (Ref).
  • Transition to eVisas The UK is moving to paperless immigration documents. From 2025, you’ll need to set up a UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account to access your digital eVisa.

2# Australia

Working Holiday Maker Visa If you’re under 30 (or 35 for some countries) and ready for an Aussie adventure, you’ll need to show proof of at least AUD 5,000 in savings. Health and character checks are also required. Don’t forget—this visa is extendable if you meet specific work conditions (Ref).

European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) Starting in summer 2025, travelers from visa-exempt countries must apply for ETIAS authorization to visit Schengen Area countries. It costs €7 and is valid for three years. While it’s not a work visa, you’ll need it if you’re job hunting in Europe (Ref).

4# Digital Nomad Visas – Malta, Costa Rica, Colombia, Belize

Many countries are making it easier for remote workers to live abroad, but they’ve added some specific requirements:
