This program focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and international exposure through a combination of workshops, mentoring, secondments, and tailored training.
What Does It Offer?
The scholarship provides comprehensive support for up to 2 recipients, including:
- Leadership Training: A five-month program spread across two UK residencies (September 2025 and May 2026) and individual development sessions tailored to each scholar’s needs.
- Secondment: A 6-8 week placement in a UK-based cultural institution.
- Workshops and Mentorship: Intensive workshops, courses, and mentoring from senior UK cultural leaders.
- Financial Support: Each scholar receives funding of up to £17,750 for tuition, travel, accommodation, and other expenses. The total scholarship value is £35,500 per scholar.
