USA Coast Guard Foundation Scholarships 2025-2026 Now Open
Good news for US Coast Guard families! The Coast Guard Foundation has officially opened its scholarship season for the 2025-2026 academic year, offering students a valuable opportunity to secure financial support for higher education. This initiative aims to empower the children of Coast Guard members to achieve their academic dreams without the burden of excessive costs.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants can receive scholarships of $2,500 or $5,000, which will be paid directly to the recipient’s college, trade school, or accredited program. With more than 200 scholarships awarded annually, the Foundation continues to make a significant impact in supporting Coast Guard families.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the scholarship, students must meet the following requirements:
- Be a child of an active-duty, reserve, or retired Coast Guard member.
- Demonstrate academic achievement, community involvement, and leadership skills.
- Show financial need, supported by a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) report.
