- Korean and foreign nationals expected to obtain a doctoral degree abroad within three months of appointment or have earned a doctoral degree abroad within the past five (05) years.
- Foreign nationals expected to obtain a doctoral degree within three months of appointment or have earned a doctoral degree within the past five years.
Program Benefits
- Annual Compensation: KRW 80 million per year (~USD 60,000).
- Research Funding: Up to KRW 100 million per year (~USD 75,000) for direct research costs.
- Additional Salary Support: Available for participation in other DGIST-related R&D projects (up to 50% salary allocation).
Program Period
- Up to 5 years (initial 3 years + 2 years upon successful mid-term evaluation).
