Huazhong University China Link Exchange Scholarship 2025 Open

The 2025 Chinese Government Scholarship Short-term Research Exchange Program (China Link) is now open for applications! Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU) has officially announced the enrollment process, providing outstanding international master’s and doctoral students, as well as faculty members, the opportunity to conduct short-term research in China.

About the Program

The China Link program, sponsored by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), aims to foster international academic collaboration by funding foreign students and scholars for research exchanges at Chinese institutions. Scholarship recipients can pursue research and study in China for a duration of 1 to 12 months, with courses conducted in either English or Chinese, depending on the subject area.

Who Can Apply?

The scholarship is open to non-Chinese nationals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • General Visiting Students: Current master’s students under 45 years old.
  • Senior Scholars: Current doctoral students or faculty members under 50 years old.
  • Must be enrolled full-time at a CSC overseas partner institution during the application and research period (check Appendix 1 for partner institutions or inquire separately if your institution is not listed).
  • Must be in good physical and mental health.
  • Must meet the admission requirements of Huazhong Agricultural University.
