Originally launched in August 2024, following a pilot phase in July 2024, the eVisaCuba platform was designed to modernize and replace the traditional “Tarjeta del Turista” (Tourist Card), providing a faster and more secure visa application experience online.

The Cuban eVisa was created to:

  • Digitize the visa process and improve efficiency.
  • Enhance border security and pre-arrival screening.
  • Simplify travel arrangements for international visitors.

Who Needs to Apply?
