What Is the ENDEAVOUR II Scholarship?
Co-funded by the European Union under the ESF+ 2021–2027, this scheme empowers bright minds—both young and mature—to access Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma, Master’s, or Doctoral programs in Malta or abroad that lead to qualifications pegged at MQF Level 7 or MQF Level 8.
This initiative supports Malta’s long-term strategy to build a competitive knowledge-based economy while helping students advance their personal and professional development.

⚠️ Note:
- Students already holding a Level 8 qualification are not eligible.
- Students with a master’s degree may apply for another master’s, but cannot apply for programs below a master’s level.
Who Can Apply?
- Students pursuing MQF Level 7 (Master’s) or MQF Level 8 (PhD/Professional Doctorate)
- Adult learners and young scholars
- EU and international applicants with a valid E-ID
- Must start studies between May 9, 2025 – May 8, 2026.
Applicants must submit all mandatory documents as per Clause 8 of the 4th Call Regulations (2025).
