Moroccan Scholarship Programme 2025-2026 (Late Applications)

The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, through its international academic cooperation with the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), has launched its prestigious Moroccan Scholarship Programme for the 2025–2026 academic year. This opportunity is open to talented students from eligible countries wishing to pursue undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies in Morocco’s public universities, higher education institutes, or vocational training centres.

This scholarship programme supports 20 international students annually and provides access to fully funded studies in Morocco’s vibrant academic and cultural landscape.


Programs Offered

Students can pursue studies in various fields (humanities, sciences, engineering, economics, Islamic studies, and more) across Morocco’s:

  • Public Universities
  • Higher Institutions
  • Vocational Training Centers.

What You’ll Get – Scholarship Benefits

  • Monthly Stipend: 1,750 Moroccan Dirhams (~USD $175) for living expenses (paid bi-monthly).
  • Travel Support: One one-way ticket to Morocco at the start and one return ticket upon program completion.
  • Insurance Coverage: Includes medical care, emergency evacuation, and repatriation (via Finassure).
  • Thesis Support: Lump-sum grant for printing Master’s/PhD theses (subject to conditions).
  • Housing Assistance: Students not placed in university housing receive an extra 500 Dirhams (~$50) per month.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate Applicants

    • Age: 19–23 years
    • Academic Qualification: Completed CAPE/Associate Degree in 2024 with Grade A or B or graduating in 2025.
    • Strong academic performance over the last two semesters.

Master’s Applicants

    • Hold a bachelor’s degree (1st or 2nd class) or equivalent in the field of study.
    • Strong academic record and relevant background.

PhD Applicants

    • Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
    • Must provide a research thesis/dissertation and PhD proposal.
