Who Can Apply?

You can be the next Eiffel Scholar if:

• You are a non-French national applying to a French higher education institution.
• You are up to 27 years old (born after March 1999) for Master’s level.
• You are up to 32 years old (born after March 1993) for PhD level.
• You are applying for a program in one of the following priority fields:
  • Engineering and sciences
  • Economics and management
  • Law and political science
