ViCAS Fellowship 2026/27 Now Open at Vienna University of Economics and Business

What is the ViCAS Fellowship?
The ViCAS Fellowship is a one-year residential research program based at the Institute for Markets and Strategy (IMS) at WU Wien. It is designed for PhD students nearing the end of their studies or those who earned their PhDs within the last five years.
The fellowship supports scholars in developing their research in experimental economics through collaboration, workshops, and seminars, all while being mentored by expert faculty at WU Wien.
Who Can Apply?
You can apply for the ViCAS Fellowship if:
- You are a PhD student in your final year or have earned your PhD in 2020 or later.
- Your research focuses on experimental economics or related areas.
- You are interested in engaging with WU faculty and fellows in a collaborative environment.
- You are available to live in Vienna for the full duration of the fellowship.
