This groundbreaking initiative—announced at the sidelines of the World Bank & IMF Annual Meetings in Marrakech, Morocco—is all about building the skills, influence, and networks needed to accelerate Climate Prosperity Plans (CPPs) and drive climate-resilient financial strategies that actually work.

Who Can Apply? – Quick Eligibility Checklist
You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Are a citizen of a V20 member country.
- Have 5–10 years’ mid/senior-level experience in international affairs, public policy, climate/environmental policy, or sustainable development.
- Understand macroeconomic concepts.
- Can commit to weekly virtual sessions and international travel for in-person residencies.
- Are ready for intensive debt sustainability training.
- Will actively share fellowship insights with your government and stakeholders post-program.
