About the Fellowship

What Fellows Will Do?

As a Freeman Administrative Fellow, you’ll:

  • Rotate through core hospital departments to gain a 360° view of operations.

Eligibility & Requirements

Applicants must:

  1. Hold (or be near completion of) a Master’s degree in MHA, MBA, MPH, or related fields.
  2. Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  3. Show a passion for healthcare improvement and collaborative teamwork.

Preferred: Previous healthcare work/internship experience and knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, or patient safety.
