The Stamps Scholarship 2026 at University of Miami Open
For high-achieving international students dreaming of studying in the United States, the Stamps Scholarship at the University of Miami (UM) stands as one of the most prestigious opportunities. Awarded to exceptional and academically accomplished high school seniors, this scholarship is a full sponsorship package designed to remove financial barriers and empower talented students to reach their fullest potential.
Stamps Sponsorship Package
The Stamps Scholarship covers full tuition and fees, on-campus housing, a meal plan, University health insurance, textbooks, and even a laptop allowance. Beyond academics, it also provides access to a $12,000 enrichment fund for study abroad, research, internships, or other educational pursuits, subject to approval. Scholars gain additional benefits such as participation in cultural and leadership programs, national networking opportunities, funding for scientific projects, study abroad conventions, and lifelong access to the Stamps Scholars community.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants do not need to submit a separate application for the scholarship. Instead, Early Decision I and Early Action applicants are automatically considered by completing all First-Year Admission Requirements by November 1. The award is merit-based and is granted after a thorough review of academic achievements, application materials, and supporting documents.
Application & Selection Schedule
The application and selection process for the Stamps Scholarship follows a clear timeline. Students must first apply for admission to the University of Miami under Early Decision I or Early Action by November 1, 2025 to be automatically considered.
In January, 2026 semi-finalists are invited to attend Zoom interviews with the Stamps Scholarship Selection Committee. By late January, finalists are notified of their status at the time of admission. The process concludes in early March 2026, when finalists undergo a final interview with the Stamps Family Charitable Foundation, after which the scholarship announcements are officially made.
Application Process
To be considered, students must apply for undergraduate admission to UM under Early Decision I or Early Action by the November 1 deadline. No additional scholarship application is required, but semi-finalists and finalists must successfully complete the interview stages.
This scholarship doesn’t just pay for college—it builds careers, global leaders, and changemakers. If you are an ambitious high school senior ready to take on the challenge, the University of Miami’s Stamps Scholarship is your opportunity to shine.
