University of Science and Technology Beijing CSC Scholarships 2026-2027 Open

The University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) has officially opened the 2026 Pre-Admission Application process for the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC Type A – Bilateral Program). This opportunity invites international students from all countries to apply for the Pre-Admission Notice, an essential document that strengthens scholarship applications submitted through Chinese embassies, consulates, or national education authorities.

The CSC Type A Bilateral Program is a fully or partially funded scholarship established under agreements between the Chinese government and the governments or institutions of other nations. It provides financial support to outstanding students for pursuing undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies in China. Applicants for the High-Level Postgraduate Program or Silk Road Program (CSC Type B) are not eligible for this pre-admission notice.

The Pre-Admission Notice from USTB does not guarantee final admission but serves as a formal confirmation that the university supports the candidate’s application to the Chinese Government Scholarship through their home country’s recommending authority. Students are encouraged to list University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) as their first-choice university in their official CSC application to enhance their chances of final selection.
