What This Scholarship Is About?

planetary health, global health and humanitarianism, and global health foresighting. The scholarship strengthens the academic and professional pathway of future global health leaders by providing annual financial support in addition to York University’s standard funding package.
Master’s students may receive support for up to two years, while doctoral students may be funded for up to four years, depending on performance and annual renewal.

Eligibility Checks
To qualify for the Dahdaleh Global Health Graduate Scholarship, applicants must be entering or continuing a 1-year or 2-year Master’s program or entering/enrolled in PhD Years 1–3, as PhD students in Year 4 and beyond are not eligible. Coursework-only Master’s programs are also not supported.
Applicants must belong to one of York University’s participating faculties, which include the School of Arts, Media, Performance & Design, Education, Environmental and Urban Change, Health, Lassonde School of Engineering, Liberal Arts & Professional Studies, Osgoode Hall Law School.
