Are You Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Ensure the degree grants master’s level eligibility in the awarding country.
  • Have completed the degree at a recognized and accredited higher education institution.
  • Provide accepted proof of language proficiency in the programme’s language of instruction.
  • Submit all required application documents by the deadline.
  • Note: A previous master’s degree cannot be used to apply (except for long-cycle degrees like Medicine or older Finnish degrees).
  • For Art & Design, applicants without a bachelor’s degree may apply through “Other eligibility for higher education” based on work experience and skills.
  • Applicants may include one additional higher education degree if they want it considered in evaluation.
  • Incomplete applications or missing documents are automatically rejected.
  • Non-EU/EEA applicants may need to pay an application fee and tuition fee, unless exempt.
