Who this scholarship is for?
This opportunity is designed for academically strong international students who are planning to start a master’s degree at Queen Mary University of London in September 2026 and will be studying on a self-funded basis.
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Hold an offer for an eligible postgraduate taught master’s programme for September 2026/27
- Achieve or be on track to achieve at least a UK 2:1 honours degree or overseas equivalent
- Have confirmed overseas fee status
- Be enrolling in a full-time master’s programme at Queen Mary
- Be fully self-funded and not receiving other Queen Mary or external scholarships
- Be able to cover remaining tuition and living costs after the scholarship.
Certain programmes such as distance learning, MRes courses, pre-masters, diploma or certificate programmes, and a few specialized MSc tracks are not eligible under this scholarship scheme.
