350 HISA Global Youth Scholarships 2027 for Young Leaders Worldwide Open
For many young people, international conferences often remain a dream because of one unavoidable obstacle—cost. Airfare, accommodation, visa expenses, and participation fees quickly turn an inspiring opportunity into an impossible one. This time, however, one of the world’s fastest-growing international youth organizations is attempting to remove those barriers.
Applications are now open for the Global Youth Festival (GYF) 2026, a four-day international leadership gathering scheduled to take place in Paris, France, from 15–18 October 2026. Organized by the Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance (HISA), the festival is expected to welcome hundreds of young leaders from more than 120 countries while offering 350 scholarship awards, including 100 fully funded scholarships covering major participation expenses.
Unlike traditional academic conferences, GYF 2026 has been designed as a practical leadership platform where students, researchers, entrepreneurs, social activists, policymakers, and emerging professionals collaborate on some of today’s biggest global challenges—from artificial intelligence and climate action to diplomacy, entrepreneurship, education, and mental well-being.
Why This Festival Is Receiving International Attention?
International youth forums have become increasingly competitive over the last few years, but HISA’s latest Paris edition is attracting attention for another reason—it combines leadership development, international networking, cultural exchange, and scholarship funding within one event.
Rather than focusing solely on academic excellence, organizers say delegates will be selected primarily on their motivation, leadership potential, vision for community impact, and willingness to engage with participants from different cultures. That opens the door to applicants who may have strong ideas and leadership experience even if they are not at the top of their academic class.
Hosted in one of Europe’s most influential diplomatic capitals, the festival aims to expose participants to global discussions while helping them build long-term international collaborations that continue long after the event concludes.
What Participants Can Expect?
The four-day programme combines keynote addresses, leadership workshops, diplomacy discussions, policy simulations, networking sessions, mentorship opportunities, cultural activities, and collaborative problem-solving exercises.
Participants will also receive an internationally recognized HISA certificate while becoming part of the organization’s growing international alumni network that spans multiple continents.
Instead of sitting through passive lectures, delegates will actively contribute to discussions designed around practical leadership and international cooperation.
Eight Global Issues That Will Shape GYF 2026
This year’s programme revolves around eight major international themes influencing governments, businesses, universities, and international organizations worldwide:
- Climate Action and Environmental Justice
- Peace, Diplomacy and Conflict Resolution
- Education, Innovation and the Future of Work
- Governance, Democracy and Civic Participation
- Human Rights, Equality and Social Justice
- Technology and Social Innovation
- Global Citizenship and Cultural Identity
- Mental Health, Well-being and Youth Resilience
These themes are intended to help delegates exchange practical ideas while developing solutions that can be implemented within their own communities after returning home.
350 Scholarships Available for International Applicants
One of the biggest attractions of the programme is HISA’s extensive scholarship scheme. Applicants submit only one application, after which they are automatically considered for all available scholarship categories.

Why Paris Was Chosen?
Paris has long been associated with diplomacy, international organizations, higher education, and global policymaking. As home to institutions such as UNESCO and the OECD, the French capital provides an ideal backdrop for conversations surrounding youth leadership, innovation, sustainable development, and international cooperation.
For delegates, the experience extends well beyond conference halls—it also offers exposure to one of Europe’s most influential political and cultural environments.
