How does Eric Bleumink Fellowship nomination work?
You do not apply directly for the Eric Bleumink Fellowship. Instead, the University of Groningen Admission Office, working with the Admission Boards of its faculties, decides which eligible admitted applicants will be nominated.

To leave enough time for admission processing and possible fellowship consideration, complete that master’s application before 1 December.
