About the Role: Building Digital Strategies

The Digital Strategy Group partners with executive leaders to drive digital innovation. As a Digital Strategy Analyst, participants will engage in client projects that focus on economic impact analyses, customer experience design, data-driven analytics, and technology architecture assessments. Tasks include:

  • Conducting economic analyses to evaluate business impact.
  • Designing new digital experiences using Adobe XD.
  • Benchmarking client data to industry standards and developing optimization strategies.
  • Recommending technology and data solutions for improved customer engagement.

Compensation Overview

The stipend range for this graduate program recruit is $53,900 – $101,450 annually, varying by location and experience. Adobe offers additional incentives, including equity awards in some cases.

Eligibility Criteria and Candidate Profile

Applicants must be on track to graduate with a bachelor’s degree between December 2024 and June 2025. Adobe seeks candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an interest in business strategy and digital solutions, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel.
