AINSE Australia Residential Student Scholarship 2025

Are you a student seeking hands-on research experience at one of Australia’s top scientific institutions? The Residential Student Scholarship (RSS), offered by ANSTO (Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation), is your chance to elevate your academic journey.

What is the RSS?

The Residential Student Scholarship (RSS) is designed for PhD students who require long-term access to ANSTO’s world-class facilities and expertise. If your research involves staying at ANSTO for at least six months per year, this scholarship provides financial support to make it easier.

Starting from July 2023, the RSS offers up to A$9,000 per annum, plus up to A$5,000 for travel and accommodation allowances. This financial boost ensures that students can fully focus on their research without worrying about the additional costs of commuting or living away from home.
