Who is Eligible?
This scholarship is open to students from all non-EU countries, with the following exceptions:

- Diplomatic staff and their family members accredited in Romania.
- Employees of international organizations in Romania and their families.
- Current beneficiaries of other Romanian scholarships for the same academic cycle.
Available Study Programs
The scholarship is available for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD studies in accredited universities across Romania.
Bachelor’s Degree

- Duration: 3-6 years (depending on the chosen program).
- Available for high school graduates with a recognized baccalaureate diploma.
Master’s Degree

- Duration: 1-2 years.
- Available for Bachelor’s degree holders seeking advanced studies.
PhD Degree

- Duration: 3-5 years.
- Requires pre-approval from a Doctoral Supervisor before applying.
Exclusions: Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy are NOT covered under this scholarship.
Language Requirement

- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs are available only in Romanian (with a free one-year preparatory language course).
- PhD students can choose English, Romanian, or another foreign language (depending on the doctoral school’s offer).
