ASEAN Turkey Government Joint Scholarship 2024 for BS, MS, and PhD Admissions

The Türkiye Scholarships – ASEAN Joint Scholarship Programme 2024 offers full scholarships for Master’s degrees, language courses, and research opportunities to ASEAN students, aiming to enhance academic and cultural exchange. Applications for Master’s and Language courses are open from January 10 to February 20, 2024, with Research applications accepted throughout the year. This initiative is designed to foster international cooperation, cultural understanding, and educational enrichment among the youth of ASEAN countries and Türkiye.

ASEAN Turk Joint Scholarship Funding Package

For Master’s Degree Programmes:

• • Scholarship Duration: 1-year Turkish Language Course + 2 years of academic study.
  • Stipend: Monthly stipend of TL 5,000.
  • Additional Coverage: Includes university and program placement, tuition fees, accommodation, health insurance, and a round-trip flight ticket.

For Language Courses:

• • Scholarship Duration: 8-10 months.
  • Stipend: Monthly stipend of TL 3,500.
  • Additional Coverage: Encompasses the Turkish Language Course, accommodation, health insurance, and a round-trip flight ticket.

For Research Scholarships:

• • Scholarship Duration: 3-12 months.
  • Stipend: Monthly stipend of TL 8,000.
  • Eligibility: Open to international researchers enrolled in or having completed a doctorate program.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be citizens of an ASEAN country.
• For Master’s and Language Courses, candidates must be under the age of 30 with a minimum academic achievement rate of 75% for Masters and 70% for Language Courses.
• Research applicants should be under the age of 50, enrolled in or have completed a doctorate program, and possess a certificate of research acceptance from a Turkish university.

How to Submit Your Application?

First, check your eligibility criteria and then you can submit your online application for ASEAN Turk joint scholarship as per following:

• Master’s and Language Courses: Applications must be submitted via the Türkiye Scholarships Information System (https://tbbs.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr/) before February 20, 2024.
• Research Scholarships: Applications are accepted year-round, with results announced periodically.
